By accessing the ch444g Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ch444g in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral. No employee, agent, or representative of ch444g has authority to modify these Terms verbally or in an informal written communication.
Use of the ch444g Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. ch444g operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be immediately closed, all Funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. Players are advised to use parental-control software where minors share access to a device used for gaming.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the ch444g Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified, ch444g reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any associated bets or wins, and withhold Funds pending investigation.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to an active bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. You must keep your registration information up to date at all times. ch444g accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration details provided by a Player.
ch444g may request identity and age verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified time frame may be restricted or closed, and unverified Funds may be held pending satisfactory verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
ch444g will never ask for your full password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ch444g support immediately so that the Account can be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account within five minutes of a confirmed transaction. ch444g is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile financial service provider, network outages, or banking system maintenance.
By depositing on the ch444g Platform, you confirm that the Funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. Deposits made from a payment account not registered in your name may be declined or placed under review. ch444g reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where transactions are flagged as unusual.
Deposits from payment accounts belonging to a third party — including family members — are not permitted. Any Funds identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source account, and the associated Account may be suspended.
ch444g aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay within 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are settled within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where KYC verification is pending.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ch444g Account. ch444g will not send Funds to a third-party account under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect Players from fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
Where a balance includes Bonus Funds subject to a Wagering Requirement, the Wagering Requirement must be completed in full before those Funds or any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money Funds deposited independently of a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ch444g are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails in respect of that promotion only.
New Players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the ch444g welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000, subject to a stated wagering requirement. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through any means constitutes bonus abuse.
ch444g employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect patterns of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, and fraudulent play. Actions that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that collectively cover all outcomes to minimise risk while meeting a Wagering Requirement, and exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes. Where abuse is identified, ch444g reserves the right to void bets, forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
Bonus Funds that are not activated or whose Wagering Requirements are not completed within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All sports bets placed on the ch444g Platform are subject to the betting rules published on the relevant market pages, including rules governing void bets, postponed events, and abandoned matches. For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — specific match and tournament rules apply and are displayed prior to bet placement.
Casino games, live dealer games, and crash games are governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by the respective game studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). ch444g accepts no liability for Player losses arising from a misunderstanding of individual game rules.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during an active game or bet, ch444g's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round or bet shall be final. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ch444g Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the ch444g Platform — including but not limited to the ch444g name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ch444g or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ch444g. Unauthorised use of ch444g intellectual property will result in Account termination and may give rise to legal action.
ch444g collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. ch444g will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our obligations to you.

ch444g does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ch444g shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, third-party payment service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
ch444g's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ch444g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any Bonus Funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC verification.
ch444g will not close an Account at a Player's request where ch444g has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering. In such cases, the Account will remain under investigation until the matter is resolved.

ch444g's decision on any complaint, once issued in writing, shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error. Players who remain dissatisfied after receiving a final decision may seek independent advice through appropriate consumer protection channels.
ch444g reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, no less than 7 days before taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
